The Great Wall of China stretches for 6,350 kilometers (main wall 2400 km) through the Asia-Pacific region. As the largest building in the world, it is one of the classic „Seven Wonders of the World“ and a popular destination for tourists.
Reality
The problem is that only a few parts of the wall near the tourist centers have been well preserved or restored. Large parts of the wall are in poor condition. Therefore, the visitors jostle exactly at these tourist hotspots.
